What to Expect
During a brief telephone conversation with you, we will answer any remaining questions to help you decide if working together makes sense. We will then schedule your new patient consultation with Lorraine Hughes, a 90-minute telehealth or in-person visit focused on gathering comprehensive information about your health, discussing your goals, and creating a treatment plan together. This plan includes monthly visits to discuss the changes you want to make in your life, optimizing your nutrition strategies, and integrating botanical therapy and supplementation that is beneficial for your health.
Your Investment – Wellness Consult
Your investment will be $250.00 for the initial consultation, with monthly follow-up visits at $100.00.
Custom herbal formulations will be billed from us directly. In addition, botanical therapeutics and nutritional supplements will be billed to you separately through the online dispensary we work with.
Reflexology - Initial Consult & Subsequent Sessions –
A health intake consultation at the first visit – 90 minutes with an investment of $110.00. *Subsequent visits, 60 minutes (usually monthly) are $75.00.
*Some may need more frequent visits depending upon their health concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Please be considerate of the time we set aside for you. Our practice has a strict minimum 24-hour cancellation policy. You may notify us via email, text or voice message if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
To reserve a time for your appointment, we will keep a valid credit card on file. This credit card will only be charged in the full amount of the fee for your appointment in case you do not honor our minimum 24-hour cancellation policy.
Health Insurance
Our practice does not participate in any public or private health insurance schemes. At the end of your treatment, you may request a statement to submit to your payer, FSA or HSA.
No PCP Services
Please note that our practice will not serve as your primary care provider (PCP) or medical specialist. Lorraine Hughes is a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild. She will neither advise you on any medical conditions or procedures nor provide recommendations or prescriptions for pharmaceutical drugs.
